Look out for one-off trial sessions. When made available, you can book a trial before committing to the rest of the term.
Flexibility in your hands
It is up to you how many weeks you join, but don’t leave it too long, as you may risk sessions selling out!

Lovely session … very welcoming and relaxing

Attended my first session last week and really enjoyed it. My head was full when I arrived but I was slowly able to release some of these thoughts and focus on the present. Enjoyed the gratitude chat. Looking forward to seeing what next week's session brings.
