Amazed at how the one hour session I attended positively altered my mood and outlook for weeks to follow! I left optimistic, inspired, grateful and with better insight than when I walked in.

Unburdened by the mindfulness activities, they helped me to release a lot of stress and pressure I seemed to be carrying. Afterwards I felt like I’d been given a new lease of life, ready to seize the day!

Next I plan to try Warwickshire Mindfulness online classes (as I live too far away to attend sessions in-person on a regular basis).

This was my first experience of a mindfulness session. As someone who has a brain that never stops, I wasn’t sure if I’d be able to fully switch off, forget my ‘to do list’ and put my toddler and baby stress to the back of my mind. 

After half an hour, I almost forgot I had children (almost). I was SO relaxed. 

Charlotte is amazing! She gave me time to think, reflecting on what my values were, share my thoughts and feelings in a non-judgemental safe space and have some guilt-free ‘me time’.
