What happens at this event?

Mindfulness is an amazing way to improve your wellbeing and guess what - it fits into your busy life - and is actually pretty relaxing!

It has been shown to:

  • Reduce depression & anxiety
  • Reduce blood pressure
  • Improve Sleep
  • Help you be more present & less distracted
  • Improve cognitive functioning

A 6 Week course designed to help you to:

  • Understand what Mindfulness is and how it can be helpful
  • Practice Mindfulness Meditations

Each week we will have check ins to support you to integrate mindfulness into your daily life.

How does a termly booking work?
Pro rata availability

You can book at the start of the term or at anytime during, with pro rata pricing automatically set

Trial Sessions

Look out for one-off trial sessions. When made available, you can book a trial before committing to the rest of the term.

Flexibility in your hands

It is up to you how many weeks you join, but don’t leave it too long, as you may risk sessions selling out!

It was a really good first night. Felt calm . . Charlotte was very helpful and explained all about what we would be experiencing as the weeks go on.
