I went to my first class with Charlotte last Friday and it was gorgeous. We started with journalling which was optional while we had tea and chocolate. The meditation was guided and I left the space feeling so relaxed. Charlotte has such a calming presence and I’ll definitely be back it was a great way to end a busy week and the perfect space to rest.
