With a cosy vibe this is guaranteed to be a wonderful, relaxing evening where you truly have the time and support to care for yourself.

Whether you’re looking to take a bit of time just for yourself or want to kickstart some self care then this is for you!

Beginners welcome - it's a great opportunity to try different things as we will have a lovely mix with yoga, meditation and breathwork.

Please bring a journal & pen (notebook/paper is fine!)

This was the first time I had done yoga so I was rather nervous but I didn’t need to be, I was put at ease straightaway. We were provided with standard and advanced moves and some adjustments were made when necessary. The meditation section at the end was very relaxing and ended the session very well. I would fully recommend these sessions to anyone even first timers like myself.
